Helpful Holiday FAQ's

Production time: Most orders ship within 4 business days. If you need a rush order, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 

Shipping time: We offer First Class (up to 5 business days), Priority (up to three business days), and Priority Express (usually next day) shipping. Please remember to factor in production time as well as shipping time when determining which shipping option you would prefer. 

Delivery problems: During the holiday season, the postal service is extremely overloaded and mail can move more slowly than usual. If your order hasn’t arrived in a reasonable window of time, contact us and we’ll work with you to find a solution. Tracking is included with all orders; your tracking information will be emailed to you when your package ships. 

Last day to order for Christmas delivery within the US is Dec 17th

Last day to order for Christmas delivery elsewhere in the world is Dec 5th, although we cannot guarantee arrival dates for international packages 

Option 1: Send jewelry and include a free gift message. Write your message in the provided box at checkout and we’ll pass it along to the recipient

Option 2: Purchase gift wrapping for only $5 per recipient and their gift will arrive in a jewelry box and wrapped in our beautiful metallic wrapping paper. This option also include a beautiful miniature note card/envelope so be sure to include a gift message to the recipient in the provided box at checkout.
