Queens Metal is a small, independently owned company and, as such, most everything we sell is made when you place your order specifically for you. Therefore, we have a 30-day exchange-only policy. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you’d like to exchange it (or if you’d like to receive a credit for a future purchase.)

 If you are unhappy with the quality of our jewelry, feel a product was misrepresented or a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a description of the problem. Customer satisfaction means everything to us, and we will work with you on a solution.

Please keep in mind that we also offer a lifetime “free repair” policy!
