WHOLESALE ORDERING INFORMATION

Check Out and Payment Instructions :

Place items in your shopping cart; adjust the quantity desired accordingly.
At checkout, enter your card number OR if you wish to pay via check/net 30 terms, select "Bill me later" option (Net 30 for approved vendors only).
Select "Bulk Shipping" or "Local Pickup" (New Orleans vendors only)
Be certain that your shipping address is up to date/accurate
Use the "Special Instructions" box for any custom requests or modifications

Processing Time: Wholesale production times vary based on size of order. We aim to ship within two weeks of receiving payment. Because our jewelry is made to order, we do not begin production until payment is received unless you have arranged net 30 terms. To discuss terms, contact us.

If you need your order in a hurry, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate!

Shipping: Wholesale orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation and take 2-5 days to arrive. We will ship via UPS upon request.

Return Policy: All wholesale orders are final, except in cases of product defect.

Wholesale Order Policy:

Any changes, additions and cancellations to an order must be submitted within five business days of receipt of order confirmation.

Minimum re-order for existing accounts: $150
